grrrr

You know .. i don't know if this is going to turn into a rant blog or not so.. just bear with me guys.

This is my fairly routine morning commute. Im usually blastin Lupe Fiasco on my iPod to drown out the sounds of the subway, as well as to purposely ignore the construction workers on my way to the train, when i get down the stairs to the downtown train im so engrossed in my music its ridiculous. I then pull out my BlackBerry and pass the time waiting for the train to come by doing some Ka-Glom puzzles (that game is so hot guys, check it out lol)

today was no different really. The C train came first so i let it go cuz that leaves me too far from my job.. Found a seat after the C left and i sat down to do my puzzles. The B train finally got there... i get in internally head-bopping to "Streets on Fire". No seats, not a prob. I'm hanging on to the pole. Next stop, 72nd street. The woman who is seated, directly in front of me, gets up to get off the train. I politely wait for her to get far enough away from the seat before sitting down. DON'T YOU KNOW .. some skinny little asian woman who JUST got in on 72nd street practically runs me down, trying to get to the seat before me. Knowing good and well i was headed to sit down. i was only about a foot away from the chair .. WHAT WAS SHE THINKING? i turn to sit anyway.. AND DON'T YOU KNOW SHE SAT DOWN WITH ME!!! .. almost on my lap. listen bitch i know you're skinny but did she really have to squeeze herself in the spot that not even my 5 year old nephew would fit in???

by the way, let me backtrack for a second.. im not being "racist" or prejudiced or anything by clarifying the fact that she was an asian woman.. lord knows im probably one of the most non-racist people in the world, but it just so happens that i've observed on a number of occasions that asian people in particular are like the Spartans of the new york city subway systems. "muthafuckas be acting STUPID nowadays" .. lol sorry that was a homage to my best friend, but seriously they do really push and run and get kind of rude when it comes to a seat on the subway.

this girl was so ridiculous about it and everyone that was sittin in front of us was staring at her like "wdf??" .. she could not have been comfortable .. i made sure of that .. i sat all the way back, even tho i was crunched .. the woman next to me sucked her teeth at the chick. i just laughed and said "are you kidding me?" nice and loud so that she could have heard me. and she acted like she saw nothing wrong with the situation. she rode uncomfortably for about 3 stops .. honestly, you couldn't just stand mi'ja?

shit like that in the morning tends to mess my whole day up. i hate inconsiderate people!!!
