well i wasn't planning on falling into the blogging crowd .. seems like everyone is doing it nowadays.

BUT, being the crazy new yorker that i am .. walking home at 1am, i suddenly had an urge to blog and share this story.

let me explain: i was walking down amsterdam avenue and i see a homeless man wrapped up in a bunch of blankets. mind you, it's approximately 75 degrees outside.. but thats not what struck me as weird. i noticed the homeless man was wearing a pair of headphones, but it was what was CONNECTED TO THE HEADPHONES that had me about to have a laughter induced seizure. my man was playing a PSP .. and all i could say was "WHAT THE FUCK?!"

i nudged my boyfriend, who obviously joined in on the laughter, but it was what HE said that made it even funnier. he said, "i know this is fucked up, but im not even concerned about how he got the money to buy the PSP. what i wanna know is WHERE DOES HE CHARGE IT?" .. needless to say i almost doubled over with the giggles.

i wish i would have snapped a picture with my blackberry before walking away, because something like that is truly epic. but honestly, where DOES he charge his PSP? and what does he play? do you think he was listening to the new lil wayne joint that all of the rest of the country seems to love. (FYI: i can't stand the dude, but thats a whole different sto- ... blog lol)

at least he was courteous enough to wear headphones. how polite =)
